What credit cards
does Fruit Engine accept?
Fruit Engine accepts major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express.
When and how will
I be billed?
Fruit Engine will bill the first monthly fee of your
Website Design Package plus US $ 19.95 for the domain name
registration fee (if you don't have one yet). Your credit
card will be charged on a monthly basis.

I don't have a credit
card, can I pay another way?
Yes, you can pay by check or money order. If you
would like to send other forms of payment, please send them
to 15500 Erwin Street Suite 290
VAN NUYS, CA 91411.
Any returned checks for any reason will
be subject to a $10.00 returned check fee plus collection
fees, if applicable.
*Checks: Existing customers who have established
a good credit rating with his / her Web Host for a minimum
of Six (6) months may pay by check. If paying by check,
you must pre-pay on a quarterly, semi annual or annual basis.
Any returned checks for any reason will be subject to a
$25.00 returned check fee plus collection fees if applicable.

What if I'm late paying my bill?
All accounts have a 48-hour grace period. After 2
days your account incurs a $5.00 late fee. After 5 days
the account is suspended and a $10.00 suspension fee is
incurred. We have a very strict payment policy, however
if you need an extension and you have good credit history
with us, we will be happy to work with you from time to
time.

What happens if I don't pay my bill?
If you do not contact us or reply to our collection efforts,
your account will be deleted, reported to Host Abuse and
sent to collections. Our collection agency reports all unpaid
fees to the credit reporting agencies. Again, we have strict
payment policies to prevent "e-shoplifting".

How do I contact Billing?
Our Billing Staff is available. Send an email with your
contact details to customerservice@fruitengine.com with
as much details and we will investigate the issue and get
back to you within 48 hours from receipt of the email.

I was billed twice.
I received 2 emails from merchant
Make sure that these charges have different order IDs. If
it is so, contact our billing department.

Can I change my
billing from a monthly to annual plan?
Yes. You can switch from the monthly billing plan to the
annual plan at any time. You can send us a request through
email at customerservice@fruitengine.com or through toll-free
fax number 866-841-0464.

Can I upgrade from
the plan I am paying with a different one?
Yes. You would simply pay the prorated difference in fees
for that billing period, and we would upgrade you to the
plan that you wish to have.

When do I need to pay you?
All accounts (whether quarterly or annually) are required
to be paid upfront. Fruit Engine does have an option where
the set up fee can be broken down into monthly installments
together with the monthly maintenance plan for Web Development
/ Design packages.

If services have been suspended due
to non-remittance of payment, how do I revive my account?
Your account will be revived once payment for subscription,
delinquency fees have been settled.

How do I update my credit card information?
You may update your credit card information by sending an
email to customerservice@fruitengine.com, or by sending
request to toll-free fax number 866-841-0464. An Account
Manager will be getting in touch with you for confirmation
of your request and to make the necessary adjustments for
your account.

Can I pay for services using someone
else's credit card if I don't have one?
Yes, but we require that we speak with the card owner for
verification before the charge will be made.

What happens if I don't pay for my
account?
Your account will be placed on administrative hold and your
web site will not be accessible.

Can I get a statement of what I have
paid and what is outstanding?
Yes, simply e-mail your request to customerservice@fruitengine.com,
or you may call our toll-free number 1-888-382-6087.

How do I know Fruit Engine has received
my payment?
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the billing contact
for your account as soon as payment has been received.

Why is my account
on hold?
Your account may be on administrative hold due to unpaid
hosting fees, resulting from one of the following:
• Your credit card was declined.
• Your check/money order was not received.
• A credit card dispute.

What happens if my credit card is
declined?
If we attempt to bill your credit card after signing up
and it is declined we will make every attempt to contact
you to arrange another method of payment. If after 7 days
we have not received payment or a response from you, your
site may be taken offline.
